For years, I believed success meant pushing harder.

I built my identity around achievement. I ignored my body’s warning signs, convinced myself I could simply outwork my symptoms, and measured my worth by productivity.

At the same time, I was silently living with endometriosis.The worse my health became, the harder I worked to compensate. The harder I worked, the worse my health became.

My career was impacting my disease.My disease was impacting my career.

That experience changed my life and ultimately became my mission.

Today, I help organizations create healthier workplaces by bringing conversations about women’s health into the workplace through education, storytelling, and practical strategies that empower women while equipping employers to better support them.
